John K. Naughton has over three decades experience in the non-profit field in New York City. He currently works for the Ford Foundation in its landmark headquarters building on East 42nd Street. John facilitates the Foundation’s Good Neighbor Committee which provides support for Arts & Culture, Education, and Human Services organizations along the 42nd Street corridor from river-to-river.
He also provides grants management support for the Foundation’s JustFilms and Philanthropy initiatives. Previously he served on the incubation team for GrantCraft (www.grantcraft.org), a Ford Foundation project which shares good grant making practice with new funders and the general public. Prior to his tenure at Ford, he was Director of Development for International House New York near Columbia University where he studied Economics as an undergraduate.
